Unpacking boxes

Unpacking boxes is not a dangerous situation , it is more time consuming then anything. If there are many boxes that need unpacking, sorted and displayed, this will result in a set up charge of up to $800. This will be determined at the time of inspection

Water and mold damage

If you have had flooding or water damage in the basement but believe there are salvageable and sellable items mixed in with the ruined items, we can sort them out. However do to the high probability of mold, it becomes a health concern. It would require extra gear such as hazmat suits, masks and gloves. This is something we can tackle, but again it comes with an extra cost. Usually between 500 andnan1000 dollars

Mouse infestation

This is pretty self explanatory. If you have an infestation of any kind, it will need to be cleaned up before having a sale. The average cost on a cleanup of this type is around $1500. Depending on the degree of infestation

Barns, Sheds, or Out Buildings

Usually this types of buildings are included in the estate at no extra charge. However, if the building is falling apart, has infestation of any kind, has gotten wet or dangerous to enter, they will be an additional charge to handle those buildings. The added charge would be determined on site
